A Commitment to Participants and Neighbors
Thrive Grove is built to benefit participants and the larger community. We are committed to ensuring neighborhood safety and cleanliness as well as a quick resolution to any issues that may arise.
To support a positive environment for participants and neighbors, Thrive Grove will implement a comprehensive Good Neighbor Policy. We commit to:
Ensuring Safety: Security measures are in place, including 24/7 staff and security personnel monitoring the site and the surrounding area to detect and address any safety issues that may arise.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Our team will ensure the shelter and surrounding areas are kept clean and free from litter.
Preventing Loitering:
- Participants will be informed of our no-loitering rules. Rules will be strictly enforced.
- Staff will patrol the surrounding areas multiple times a day to prevent loitering and ensure cleanliness.
- Walk-up will not be allowed. Participants may only arrive and leave with private vehicles or transportation arranged by Thrive Grove or Law Enforcement.
Ongoing Communication & Quick Resolutions:
- We will maintain open communication channels and hold regular community meetings.
- You may submit a concern or complaint form here. All issues will be addressed promptly.
- An Advisory Council with members representing the City, County, Law Enforcement, and adjacent businesses and residential communities will review operations and performance, including public concerns.
