A Pathway to Permanent Housing
Thrive Grove Navigation Center is the first and only interim housing solution in East Ventura County. It is a critical access point and gateway to assist unhoused individuals transition out of homelessness. An initiative of the City of Thousand Oaks and the County of Ventura, Thrive Grove opened in June 2025.
Thrive Grove provides an immediate response to the City’s homelessness crisis. While, as a community, we work to expand the affordable housing stock, Thrive Grove answers the question “where can individuals who are experiencing homelessness go now?”
More than a shelter, this tiny home community provides a dignified, safe space for people experiencing homelessness. Wraparound services ensure that participants are ready to transition to permanent housing with this comprehensive approach and effective response to homelessness.
