24/7 wraparound care is available to support participants in their transition out of homelessness. Guided by a dedicated team of case managers and support staff, participants have access to a range of onsite services such as:
- Assistance obtaining critical personal documents like birth certificates, social security cards, and other identification
- Specialized training and workshops to build life and employment skills
- Three daily nutritious meals
- Onsite medical support offering wellness screenings, vaccinations, and referrals to healthcare providers
- A shuttle service to transportation hubs helps participants get to work, medical appointments, and other errands
And Best Friends, Too
To reduce barriers to housing, service animals and emotional support pets are allowed on site. A dog run and even a fire hydrant will be provided for participants’ loyal companions.
